Dear participants,


Please take a look at some important announcements:


1. The Programme of the conference is available online
(http://www.scslsa.matf.bg.ac.rs/Programme_8scslsa.pdf) and is also
attached to this email.


2. The Proceedings of the 8th SCSLSA will be published in Baltic Astronomy
(http://www.itpa.lt/balticastronomy/). Please prepare your contributions,
invited lectures (up to 8 pages), progress reports (up to 6 pages), and
posters (up to 4 pages), following the author instructions given at our
website http://www.scslsa.matf.bg.ac.rs/proceedings8.html. The deadline to
submit your contribution is June 10, 2011.


3. The rooms in hotel Divcibare have been reserved according to your
requirements. We have arranged special prices with the hotel for full board 
(including also lunch and dinner): 40 eur/person in a single room and 
29eur/person in a double room. Please contact us directly for hotel 
arrangements. 


4. We have organized a transportation to the Conference site on the day of
the arrival and transportation back to Belgrade on the departure day. The
bus will leave Belgrade on Sunday June 05 at 17:00 (the location will be
announced later), and leave Divcibare on Friday June 10 at 15:00. Please
have in mind these information when organizing your travel.


5. Please send us as soon as available the following information regarding
your travel:

- Date and time of the arrival (to Belgrade for participants coming from abroad):
- Date and time of the departure (from Belgrade for participants coming from abroad):
- I will use the organized transportation (YES/NO):
- I need help with booking a hotel in Belgrade (indicate dates and hotel category):
