Location

The conference will be held at Vrnjačka Banja, near City of Kraljevo, Serbia.

Vrnjačka Banja is the most famous spa town in Serbia, known for its mineral springs, wellness centers, modern hotels, and relaxing parks. It’s popular for weekend getaways, conferences, and wellness retreats.

Some of the main attractions outside Vrnjačka Banja include the Žiča Monastery, a remarkable 13th-century monastery known for its red walls and great historical significance, and Goč Mountain, located about 20 minutes away, offering beautiful hiking trails, fresh air, and peaceful nature ideal for a half-day trip.

We have arranged special rates for the conference participants in Hotel Vrnjačke Terme:

• Single room is priced at 10850.00 RSD or ~91.5€ per night with lunch and breakfast included. Total for 4 nights is 43400.00 RSD (~366€).

• Double room is priced at 8700.00 RSD or ~74.5€ per person per night with lunch and breakfast included. Total for 4 nights is 34800.00 RSD (~298€) per person.

Transportation

A minibus option is available, as well as self-transportation to the venue. Please make sure to complete the corresponding section in the registration form. Parking is available at the conference center and is free of charge for all conference participants.
