Organized transport
For all participants there will be organized transportation from Belgrade to the Conference site on June 9th, and back to Belgrade on June 13rd after the closing of the Conference. This transportation is free of charge for registered participants.The organized bus will be starting on Monday, June 9th, at 10:30 from the last bus stop of the line 65 on Zvezdara, close to the Observatory.
The bus will be collecting participants from the airport at noon. The meeting point at the airport will be at the exit gate for international arrivals.
On Friday, June 13rd, we will start our journey back after the lunch (around 2 PM). We expect to be at the airport at about 6 PM, and at the Observatory at about 7 PM. Please have in mind these information while organizing your travel.
Late arrivals
For those not taking the organized transportation, there are frequent bus connections, from the Belgrade New bus station (BAS, address: Antifašističke borbe 2, Beograd) to Niš, every 40mins (see timetable) and vice versa from Niš to Belgrade (see timetable). The bus trip is typically around 3h.Optionally one can use different transport services (rent-a-car, or a mini bus) to Niš.
There are plenty of rental services in the airport building (rent-a-car).

Getting to Belgrade from the airport "Nikola Tesla"
From the airport to the city center take the fast mini-bus A1 line (ticket price around 300 RSD), departing every 20 min in the rush-hour, that takes you to the Slavia square in the city center. Note that A1 stops close to the Central bus station (BAS), where you can take a bus to Niš.Less favorable option is bus 72, because it takes a long time to travel from the airport to the center of Belgrade and its last stop Zeleni Venac is the busiest bus stop in Belgrade. The "Nikola Tesla" airport offers a service to buy a taxi-voucher (there are 6 zones, depending on the area you want to reach; for example, 3000 RSD for the city center area). Public transportation in Belgrade
Public transportation in Belgrade swiched to the new regime of ticket paying. To pay, one has to send the sms to +381 9011 with the text message "A90". Once you send the sms , and confirm paying, you will receive the sms which is your ticket for 90 minutes for all lines in Belgrade (including all bus, tram and trollybus lines). There is a possibility that for tourist the public transport is free of charge, but, to be sure, please ask the bus driver.The taxi fare includes 270 RSD for the base rate and additionally 96 RSD/km (between 06:00 and 22:00) or 125 RSD/km (between 22:00 and 06:00). Getting to Niš by plane
Travels to Niš by plane are possible via international "Niš Constantine the Great Airport". The airlines that operate flights are Air Serbia, Wizz Air and Ryanair. From the airport to the city center take the bus line 34 (ticket price around 100 RSD), departing every 20 min in the rush-hour, that takes you to the main bus station in the city center.The taxi fare includes 100 RSD for the base rate and additionally 40 RSD/km (between 06:00 and 22:00) or 50 RSD/km (between 22:00 and 06:00).
